The 3500/94 145988-01 module is a four-channel proximity and seismic monitor module manufactured by Bently Nevada for use with the 3500 Series Machinery Monitoring System.

It accepts input from proximity sensors and seismic sensors and provides vibration and position measurements.

The module compares the conditioning signal to user-configured alarm set points to drive alarms 
and outputs the processed data to the 3500 Series system.
