Description

3300/20-02-01-01-00-00  Displacement Monitor

Proximitor Monitor is a four-channel monitor that accepts signals from theinputs from Bentley Nevada proximity sensors, conditions signals to provide a variety of vibration and position measurements, and compares the conditioning with user-programmable alarm  Users can use the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to programme each of the channel to be programmed to perform radial vibration, oddity, Rebaum, thrust position differential expansion.

The main purpose of the 3500/40M Proximitor monitor is to drive alarms by continuously comparing the monitored parameters with the configured alarm setpoints for machine protection, essential machine information for operation and maintenance personnel.

Each channel, depending on the configuration, typically adjusts its input signal to produce various parameters called static values. You can configure alarm setpoints for each active static value and hazard setpoints for any two active static values. You program monitor channels in pairs. The monitor channels can perform up to 2 of these functions at a time. Channels 1 and 2 can perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 perform another (or the same) function.
